Peppers are a staple in every kitchen, peppers range from sweet to spicy and are incredibly versatile. We grow five types of peppers.
Mini lunchbox mix: These sweet orange snacking peppers are ideal for eating raw chopped in salads. Sliced them thinly for stir-fries.
Sweet Cornos: also known as corno di toro (bull-horn), is an Italian heirloom pepper that’s highly prized by chefs for their super sweet depth of flavor, excellent for roasting, stuffing, or raw.
Banana Peppers have a mild, tangy taste. They have the same shape as a banana with a lime green skin. They are best pickled or served raw as an ingredient in sandwiches, salads or on pizzas.
