Dandelion greens are beautiful leafy greens that can have a bit of a bite. Toss with baby green mix for an interesting salad. Sauté dandelion greens with onion and garlic then top with sesame oil. Use in place of kale in soups and stews. It’s great with quinoa, brown rice, and feta cheese or beans. Use in place of other leafy greens in recipes. Finely chop and steep in boiling water for 10 minutes strain and enjoy as tea with a spoonful of Bee Naked Honey.
